NECK STRETCHES

Stretching the Traps and Neck Retractions
During the explanation of the second stretch, the posterior glide of the cervical spine, I made a mistake when I said "hold it for about a minute or two", when I should have said, "hold it for about a second or two."

Upper Neck Stretch (Headache Stretch)

Scalene Muscle Stretch. Not mentioned in the video, but for an optimal stretch, a slight neck retraction or chin-in position can be used.
