Dr. DeFranca offers yoga, along with breathing and meditation exercises. Due to covid-19, individual and small groups are scheduled by appointment. 

Learn basic and advanced asanas (positions) to increase balance, flexibility, strength, and well-being. Individual programs are tailored to a person's particular physical needs.
The word yoga means union, and we attempt to unite body, mind, and spirit with each breath, position or asana, and present awareness. Dr. DeFranca uses yoga to integrate a person's movements with proper breathing. In addition relaxation and balancing of the autonomic nervous system is achieved.

Breathing is the single most important movement pattern that we have and most of us breathe too much and improperly. Dr. DeFranca, using yoga and other techniques, helps to train proper breathing patterns that can have far reaching effects.

Quieting the mind through meditation is an age old "non-activity" used to deactivate the stressful part of our nervous system that can causes many of us harm. Simple sitting or walking meditation sessions can have deeply relaxing and healing effects and is a crucial part of any health building routine.

Individual yoga session: 60.00 per one half class
Group 3-5 individuals:    20.00 per hour class
Meditation class:            50.00 one hour class
